JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Engineering "(hereinafter - the Company) in its activities adheres to a policy of openness and transparency, in connection with which the Company continues to inform on an ongoing basis about the current situation at JSC" Semipalatinsk Machine-Building Plant "(hereinafter - JSC" SMZ " /Factory).

On June 29, 2023, by the decision of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the East Kazakhstan Region, OLJAKOL LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Sanator) was approved as a participant in the rehabilitation of SMZ JSC.

In this regard, the Plant, as part of the rehabilitation procedure, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy", was transferred to the management of OLJAKOL LLP.

The sanatorium timely pays the current wages to all workers of the Plant, and also gradually closes the previously formed debt.

So from June 5 to June 8 this year. the debt for January 2023 was paid, until July 14 of this year. it is planned to pay back wage arrears for February 2023.

The main activity of SMZ JSC is the production of hatch covers for gondola cars. To date, OLJAKOL LLP is actively looking for new volumes and attracting new customers to load the production capacities of the Plant.
